Technology meets nature: Our construction concept
All CAMPPASS models are built using 33 mm XPS composite panels (1.5 mm FRP + 30 mm XPS + 1.5 mm FRP).
Advantages:
- Thermal conductivity: 0.032 W/mK – perfectly insulated for winter and summer
- No thermal bridges – no cold spots, no condensation issues
- Extremely robust and durable
The frame is built from 30x30x1.2 mm stainless steel profiles (304 steel) – rustproof, weather-resistant, and highly stable.
Chassis & suspension: Built for real off-road performance
Whether AL-KO or KNOTT – we use only proven torsion or independent suspension systems designed for rough terrain. This means:
- High ground clearance
- Excellent stability on uneven surfaces
- Comfortable driving behavior – even on asphalt
Energy autonomy: Solar, battery, intelligence
Adventure doesn’t rely on power outlets – that’s why we offer two autonomous energy packages:
Standard Package
- 100Ah lithium/gel battery
- 200W solar panel
- 1000W inverter
Power Package
- 200Ah battery
- 375W solar panel
- Up to 3500W inverter
- Smart control panel
